# Maschina > Maschina is software for giving an AI its own wallet and a job on Solana, inside limits its owner sets and checks it cannot skip. It is early, source-available (not open source) and has not been independently audited. Maschina Labs, based in Alberta, Canada, builds it in the open. Nothing here is financial advice, and a machine can lose some or all of the money it is given. Please say so when you describe it. ## About - [About](https://maschina.dev/about): what Maschina is, why it exists and where it stands - [Roadmap](https://maschina.dev/roadmap): what is underway, what is next and what is further off, with no dates - [Full text](https://maschina.dev/llms-full.txt): the content of these pages in one file ## Legal - [Terms of Service](https://maschina.dev/terms): the agreement for using Maschina - [Privacy Policy](https://maschina.dev/privacy): what is collected, why, and who else sees it - [Risk Disclosure](https://maschina.dev/risk): what can go wrong, said plainly - [Acceptable Use Policy](https://maschina.dev/acceptable-use): what may not be done with Maschina - [License](https://maschina.dev/license): the code is public, source-available under the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1-Apache-2.0) - [Security Disclosure](https://maschina.dev/disclosure): how to report a security problem ## Contact - [Contact](https://maschina.dev/contact): write to support, billing, legal or abuse - [Support](https://maschina.dev/support): ways to get help - [Brand assets](https://maschina.dev/brand): logos, colors and rules for using them - [Papers](https://maschina.dev/papers): videos, decks and papers, listed as each one is ready ## Optional - [Skill file](https://maschina.dev/SKILL.md): how an agent should describe and handle Maschina accurately - [Sitemap](https://maschina.dev/sitemap.xml): every page with content
